At Brockbank Training & Development, we keep things simple but enjoyable. We deliver professional training that gives you and your team the skills they actually need. Owner and head trainer Dan Brockbank, has an extensive background in the outdoors having delivered specialist skills training to thousands of people over the course of approximately 10 years. From there, delved into the world of occupational health and safety, further specialising in chemical safety and first aid training. It is highly important to us that we know and have met all of our trainers personally, and are fully aware of the standards we expect. No unknown freelancers or last minute stand-in trainers.
One of the biggest frustrations businesses have with training is inconsistency. Too often, courses finish early, go off track, or rely on outdated, repetitive war stories and/or unnecessary images. That’s not how we work. Our sessions are engaging, inclusive, and designed to suit different learning styles — always sticking to the appropriate syllabus.
